Entering one of the Etam Group stores should always be a special event.
Some locations are designed to be flagship stores, veritable showcases for our brands and dedicated concept stores. These ultra-desirable spaces, where luxury is the modus operandi, provide a unique shopping experience with specific merchandising, exclusive shopping selections and VIP events.
These iconic spaces are also available in smaller brand stores, to make our shopping experience accessible everywhere, all the time. Our network is further enhanced thanks to our “digital proximity” concept via Click & Collect services (shop online and collect purchases in-store) and SDD (Same Day Delivery).

Optimised infrastructure
Our customers want a more connected and instant experience; their expectations are well-founded.
The Group has implemented a strategy to optimise its infrastructure and fulfil these expectations.
We systematically install fibre optics at our stores and considerably improve the WiFi network so that store teams work directly on digital devices (tablets and smartphones) to provide our customers with fast and accurate answers. Using RFID (a radio frequency that tells us stock levels in real time) and the Order Management System (global vision of stock, whatever the location), the notion of physical stock in store takes a new dimension. It’s now possible to order an item available elsewhere from the store you happen to be standing in.
