We promote youth employment by offering work placements each year in all our professions and enabling part-time employment in our stores. We also promote work-linked training, a way to gain qualifications while taking a first step towards employment.

Our E-CAMPUS platform is a personalised space dedicated to our employees’ talents. We produce the majority of content in-house, to best meet the real-life, operational needs of our employees.

Our platform is responsive and accessible via a URL for our employees on the go.

We also offer a variety of other means to help employee development, such as MOOCs, SPOCs, podcasts, Webinars and personalised coaching.
